As a grownup and a porn reviewer, my sense of proportion has changed in terms of what sorts of innuendo and double entendre are still funny. I see turgid cocks plowing into engorged pussies all day every day, and my sense of childlike wonder is, if not gone, at least on vacation while I am at work.

So it is a joy to me to return to the artless snickering of my youth. I read this in an article on MSNBC today about how scientists think that the Magellanic Clouds may be merging with the Milky Way instead of just sailing on by:

“McClure-Griffiths’ results, however, are more in line with the previous tale pegging the Milky Way and the Magellanic Clouds as long-time companions.”

Of course, when I was in third grade, I wouldn’t have known what pegging was, and in fact when I was in third grade there was no such thing as pegging – or at least there was no name for it – but Ha ha! the Greater and Lesser Magellanic Clouds are pegging the Milky Way!

Well, you know what sailors are like.
