Revisiting “Fashionistas 2″ with Sasha Grey
Sasha Grey’s first porn scene determined the rest of her adult career.
“If I didn’t do ‘Fashionistas 2‘ I wouldn’t have had the hype – for better or for worse – that I’ve had since the beginning,” she said.
Grey’s first partner was Rocco Siffredi and her first director was the equally legendary John Stagliano, considered by many to be porn’s truly visionary filmmaker.
Grey researched her options for eight months before entering porn, and recalled that her agent at the time, Mark Spiegler, said after a Stagliano scene “everything you do from here is downhill.”
“He said I’d started with the best,” Grey said.
“To start your career with Belladonna and Katsumi is an honor,” AVN’s 2007 Performer of the Year said.
